2. Chat.tosnix.com

When you use chat.tosnix.com, we store your conversations so that you can access your chat history and continue previous conversations.

• AI-generated responses
• Conversation titles and summaries
• Selected AI model
• Token usage and associated costs

If web search is enabled, your search query and related search information may also be processed and stored to provide and improve the search-enabled experience.

3. Tosnix VS Code Extension

The Tosnix VS Code extension is designed to send your requests directly through the selected AI provider's API.

Tosnix does not intentionally store your prompts, source code, files, or AI-generated responses as conversation history from the VS Code extension.

We may process limited information required for authentication, billing, usage tracking, security, and service operation, such as model usage, token counts, request status, and associated costs.

Your requests may be transmitted to the third-party AI provider selected for the request. The handling of your information by that provider is governed by that provider's own privacy policy.

4. AI Providers

Tosnix supports multiple third-party AI providers, which may include Google Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek, GLM, and Grok.

When you use an AI model, your request may be sent to the relevant provider to generate a response.

Third-party providers may have their own data retention, privacy, and AI-training policies. You should review the applicable provider's privacy policy before using their services.

We may use collected information to:

• Authenticate and manage user accounts
• Process payments and manage account balances

6. Payments

Payments and wallet recharges are processed through third-party payment providers such as Cashfree.

Tosnix does not store your complete payment card details. Payment information submitted during payment processing is handled by the applicable payment provider according to its privacy policy.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information handled by Tosnix, including encrypted authentication credentials, secure session mechanisms, hashed API keys, and encryption for sensitive provider credentials.

However, no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
